We propose a solution for the internal service of " packages retirement " for employees of IVECO GROUP and CNH Industrial, namely the delivery of online purchases made by employees at CENTRO STAMPA ARDEC of TORINO.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
In the document will be described the general conditions of the service proposed by the Company AR.DE.C. S.p.a.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The service proposed by ARDEC will consist of the receipt of shipments, containing material privately purchased and prepaid by the employees of the IVECO GROUP and CNH Industrial, headquartered work at the site Stura of Turin, the subsequent notification and delivery to the employee. The reception service of Carriers is available from Monday to Friday from h 8.00 to h. 17:00, excluding holidays and collective closures. Any deliveries not included in these hours will be rejected.
The management will be performed by means of a web application (e-commerce) specifically developed by ARDEC. Employees who want to use the service will need to be registered and have accepted the general conditions proposed.
The URL of the web application will be available as a link to the official website of ARDEC www.ardec-spa.it.

In order to take advantage of the service, the employee will have to buy from the online catalogue some electronic vouchers, which are valid for the entire duration of the service. Each voucher has a unique identification code.
PURCHASE
Vouchers may be purchased through the web application and paid for by credit card or PayPal account.
The purchasing mode is expected by batch:
There are no restrictions on the purchase of batches.
Upon purchase it will generate an invoice. It will be sent by mail and will also be available in your personal page within the application web.
USE
For each received shipping and delivered by ARDEC, the Employee may use a single voucher in his possession.
The address to use for the shipment must be indicated as:

In order to pick up a package it will therefore be necessary to ensure to have at least one voucher remaining in his orders.
The validity of a voucher is referred to an expedition with the following characteristics: one courier, one supplier, one or more packages.
In the event of termination of activities by ARDEC Spa, for any reason due to it, the employee will be entitled to reimbursement of the sums relating to services not used.
2. OBJECT OF SHIPMENTS
Subject of shipments may be the goods or objects, which are not subject to restrictions in accordance with the regulations provided by the sender of the shipment selected by the employee, as set out below.
The chosen Carrier (hereinafter the "Sender") by the employee, assumes all responsibility for transport.
3. ITEMS NOT ALLOWED OR ALLOWED ONLY UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS
In addition to limitations imposed by the senders, are not permitted items prohibited by law or considered to be hazardous according to the national or international laws or which by their nature and/or packaging, weight and size, can cause harm to themselves and to others during transportation or may be a harm to humans, the environment or even cause damage to other shipments or transported items subject to IATA restrictions, and goods whose carriage is prohibited by any law, regulation or statute pro tempore enacted by any federal, state or local government of any country to or through which the shipment can be carried out, as well as all materials that require compliance with specific regulations for their transport (e.g. special and hazardous waste).
The maximum acceptable weight limit will be: 15 Kg
The maximum acceptable volume limit will be: 55x35x100 cm
Any parcel deliveries do not comply with weight and/or size of the above, will be rejected.
Are excluded online purchases with 'delivery to the floor' and purchases with payment by cash on delivery.
It is not allowed to send weapons or parts thereof, explosives, infectious, flammable, radioactive, live animals, valuables, cash, valuables and perishable material, however, having an expiring date less than the storage time expected for the next item.
ARDEC reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal if not conform to the requirements of the above restrictions.
If the dissimilarity arises at a later time upon receipt of the shipment, ARDEC reserves the right to notify the competent authorities and to refuse delivery and the subsequent withdrawal against the same employee.
It is responsibility of the Employee recipient of the shipment to take information in advance about the possibilities of import and export (bans, quarantine, restrictions concerning pharmaceuticals etc.) and documents (certificate of origin, commercial invoice, health certificate, licenses, authorizations for quarantine for animal products, vegetable, food) may be required by the country of destination.
4. METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES

For each received shipment, ARDEC will take care to identify the recipients and to notify them the availability to receive via email.
In case were received an expedition to an employee not reported or had received an unexpected package or with information that can’t identify the recipient ARDEC, will contact the referent IVECO GROUP or CNH Industrial.
Employee who cannot go to pick up the package by himself, may delegate a colleague to retire it on his behalf, if provided with relevant vouchers and proxy signed by the Employee, containing indication/copy of the Employee badge who is the recipient of the parcel.
The packages cannot be transported within company sensitive areas.

5. STORAGE
The maximum storage time for each shipment received is of one (1) month. During the storage period, and in case of failure to collect the package after the first alert, ARDEC will carry out a new communication to the employee after 10 days of receipt of the parcel. If, notwithstanding the first and any further subsequent communications to the Employee, is not made the withdrawal of the package, course one month from the date of withdrawal of the shipping, ARDEC reserves the right, subject to direct or indirect control by someone appointed, to dispose the received goods also by donating to charities in the area.
6. MANAGING RETURNS
The management of any returns will not be of ARDEC competence.
7. COMPLAINTS
Notwithstanding the assumptions of liability set forth in Article 8, the Employee must forward by writing, in the period of 8 days from the date of withdrawal, any claim or except claim or refund against ARDEC.
8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR ARDEC
The responsibility for ARDEC against the Employee shall run from the time of taking delivery of the shipment, that the same will be delivered to the Head of Lungo Stura Lazio, 49 (10156, Torino).
ARDEC liable only for damage or missing items that will be direct and immediate consequence of its conduct and for the period from the taking over of the package and delivery to the Employee or a person delegated by the latter.
ARDEC is not responsible in cases of failure of the service due to causes not to her attributable, as well as delay, loss, partial or total damage, breaking of the shipping with a content not permitted due to Sender.
Considering the individual cases of the Sender's responsibility, in the event that the execution of the service is delayed, prevented or hindered by force majeure or any other event/cause, without exception, which does not relate to ARDEC, the same execution is considered suspended for a period equal to the duration of the exemption reason.
"Force majeure" shall mean any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ARDEC and, therefore, as example and not exhaustive, refers to acts of public authorities, war, revolution, insurrection or civil unrest, lockouts, strikes or other industrial disputes, blockades or embargoes, disruptions in the supply of electricity, flooding, natural disasters, epidemics.
ARDEC will not in any case be responsible to the employee for delays, malfunctions and service interruptions caused by incorrect communication by the Employee data required for performance of the Service or the incorrect use of part of the same service.
ARDEC does not respond, also, for delays due to customs clearance, inability to make delivery or customs problems (wrong documentation, insufficient, missing or incorrect tax information, etc.).
ARDEC does not assume in any event, responsibility for indirect damages of any kind (as example and not exhaustive, lost earnings, loss of profits, customers, image, etc.) that the employee may suffer during and/or as aftermath of the Service, regardless of the fact that he could and/or was aware of the occurrence of such loss and/or damage.
9. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYEE
With the purchase of the voucher, the Employee hereby expressly agree to these Terms of Service and is committed in particular to:
a) not using the Service to contravene directly or indirectly with the current laws of the Italian State or any other State;
b) take any greater responsibility on the contents of the received shipment, with express exemption of ARDEC for any responsibility and burden of verification and/or relevant control;
c) indemnify and hold harmless ARDEC from any loss, damages, responsibility, costs, charges and expenses, including legal fees, as a result of failure to comply with the regulations or any default by the Employee Agreement, with the obligations and guarantees provided, and in any case connected to the service;
d) indemnify and hold harmless ARDEC from customs duties, penalties, charges or expenses arising from customs action or due to inadequate documentation, licenses and permits required for shipping, such as resulting from the destruction or return of consignments not been able to deliver to the recipient;
e) indemnify and hold harmless ARDEC from any impediment, negligence or incompetence brought into being by the sender in the exercise of its transport operations.
f) The employee, after collecting the material received, will not open and/or tampering with the packaging until he exits the site. When exiting, he will have to declare the goods to the security personnel, who will check and formally record that the package has not been opened. If the package is intact, the security personnel allow the exit without further controls; if the package is opened and inside was present goods potentially attributable to the company, the security personnel may proceed with the withdrawal until demonstrating the actual properties of the same. The packages cannot be transported within company sensitive areas.
